Preview and provide feedback on a new readiness assessment tool being developed. Reimagining a more personalized professional development system is an important, but daunting task. Hear from Masa Uzicanin, program officer from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, about an iPD implementation readiness assessment developed to support districts during professional development (PD) redesign. The tool highlights key PD system strengths and limitations, brings focus to implementation planning efforts, and can serve as a springboard for your own "reimagining PD" excercise.
